Kitchen Envy from Charleston

Marble, painted cabinets, stainless steel and a chandelier make for an elegant kitchen I don't mind being a bit envious of.
Similar features sans chandlier.

More of the same, with the family silver and wire grille added in to the mix. I've posted about this kitchen before - but just had to again as the house appears still to be for sale.

Images from here.

These are my favorite types of kitchens...clean and modern, yet still firmly rooted in traditional.

Beautiful - I love the first image. I soft light colored kitchen, but not stark white. It is interesting to see how a flash deadens the colors in the next image (of the same kitchen).

Wonderful post! My kitchen obsession continues - I am trying not to do all kitchen posts these days, but it is where my mind is. And, of course, I have a kitchen post up today.

Pretty, even for a "pb & j samich!" Sorry, to those of you with nut allergies....I am nutty over those kitchens.

I just love the Charleston kitchen! The attention to detail is fabulous and I like the kitchen size too, not too big, not too small...just right.

I love that first kitchen. It's small but so well designed.

I love it that they are all welcoming and to scale, unlike the huge kitchens we see everywhere now a days. The first one makes me feel that a happy family lives there...

Great designs for small spaces. The monochromatic color scheme of all white maximizes the visual space...I prefer a little more color, but these white kitchens show really goood design.

What a lovely space! A kitchen is like a craft room. Cooking is like making a piece of art, after all. It makes sense to use a bit of decor to make the place look wonderful.
