From Snowy Boston

Captured these images off of my son's facebook page.  He's having a great time.  Posts included a video clip of one of his friends skiing down a street in Mission Hill at 1:30 am.  Wish I was there, really.  I love snow.

Those photos look familiar! You would indeed love Boston right now, Michele. The amount of snow is incredible. My street has yet to be plowed, but it has been fun to be snowed in for the weekend. No commitments, no hurrying, no place to be but together at home and we're enjoying it!

I thought about your son, off at school, while watching video of this storm on TV news. A friend of mine was at school in Boston during the blizzard of '78, and the pictures are the same. Wow ... that's a LOT of snow!

I am jealous! They got more snow than we did in Connecticut. I was the last car out of the snowblocked highway 128 in Boston during the 78 snowstorm, a good thing i learned how to drive on snowy icy roads. A freshman at the time, i was in snow heaven, skied out of my dorm and had a ball for a week. Your sun must be having a great time!

I too love the snow and wish we would get a good heavy snow, just once this season!

So chilling to stroll throughout this street, hoping that it thaws soon. During this cold season of the January and February, its good to be inside the house and read books such as
the african american family reunion books and educational books, or get busy by cooking.
