Dropping by Maison Living - Georgetown

In between working and family life, I squeezed in a visit with a friend to another great design store located in Georgetown - Maison Living. Isn't this an interesting table?
There are 2 available.

The basket weave ceramic piece can be used as an umbrella stand. Love the shells on the lucite blocks.

Maison Living is carrying some pieces from Yuppie Decor. They include this bottle as well as the benches below. Wouldn't this black & white one be a great addition to a bedroom?

This is a lucite spring-stool and it actually springs up and down!

Aren't these partridges adorable?

The following pics are from the Jean Pierre Antiques side of the store.

Great detailing on these lampshades. There are 2 available.

Ciao! Have a great weekend!

  4. table is unique! I'm a little fearful of that plexi stool though. One wrong move and you have a colostomy.

  11. Marnie and Pigtown Design - yes that's me in the last photo! Thanks everyone for all the comments. Halycon - good point about the spring stool. Maybe it's missing the seat piece!

  13. I'm a fellow Washingtonian and just discovered your blog (love it!). I had to tell you that I found that exact same partridge at a local value village: http://covetdecor.com/2011/06/adventures-in-thrifting/

You have to scroll down a bit.

And, here it is styled: http://covetdecor.com/tour/
