way back...hmmhmm ( rather not say ) when i was but a wee girl working at schumacher in nyc.

i remember working with the designer who did his apt back when.
but it was his wife that was in charge of the place ,
it was over the top beautiful then too.

it is driving me crazy...i am trying to remember her name, it was something very fluffy.
( like his famous ruffles )

xx

My favourite kind of room. Beautiful and so comfortable. How I'd love to spend a long afternoon in one of those chairs by the drawing room fire! A good book, a glass of something warm.....

You said it best, "Intricate, complicated and beautiful". Although it is not my style I still find it warm and welcoming. I love the gorgeous chinoiserie cabinet and all the lovely books.
