Every once in a while it's good to put yourself out on a limb and try something a bit outside your comfort zone. So after hearing Eddie Ross and Jaithan Kochar would be in town for the Big D.C. Flea , I invited them to my house for a blogger party and they graciously accepted! So to say I'm a bit excited is an understatement. Looking forward to meeting them both and to a fun evening with local bloggers and designers. Back with pics on Saturday!

A certain Decorator asked me today what I'd be wearing for this special evening since she knew I'd been invited to this social event.and I grinned and said, "basic black and pearls!" But darn, Mom gave all the pearls to my sisters :). People are talking about this. Cheer's Homer.

You are never ever going to want them to leave, they are fun and just so incredibly up. Nothing stuffy, nor pretentious. The thing about Eddie & Jaithan is - they love events - I know those rooms are gorgeous, but just think if E & J were in those rooms, they would be lit up and smiling.
Light the candles, and enjoy your special guests!
