Can't go wrong with a round table, books and chic french chairs in a soft red velvet. Design by Luce Gayrard, House and Home Nov 2009, photography by Monic Richard.
Love your touch of red! I don't have a lot of red - so my amaryllis is taking care of that for the season. (Though I adore red - why don't I have more???)

So, so lovely.
Simple and yet warm and inviting somehow.
I'm a great proponent of the power of white walls.
Smashing...

I love a round table... so perfect for entertaining. Those red chairs are just in time for the Holiday season! xo

Oh, the lightness!
I'm not usually a huge fan of red but love this room- the white walls and velvety red bergeres are perfect.
And...if the looking glass is true...It's all a part of an even larger space....like it...K
I'll take those chairs under my tree any year.
Absolutely love this - it's low key and casually chic with a decidedly continental elegance!

Hope you had a wonderful holiday!!

A chic timeless room. Just redesigning my living room and decided it needs some red accents.
