25 Years - Best of Canadian House & Home

Canadian House and Home is celebrating 25 years this year and is featuring some of their favorite rooms on their site. This room designed by Peter Jackman first appeared in the Dec 98/Jan 99 issue. (Photography by Virginia MacDonald)
This soft pink living room by designer Katherine Newman was in one of my all time favorite issues - October of 2004. You can find all 75 rooms here and vote for your favorite. Some of my favorites aren't part of their selection - maybe some rainy day I'll go through all my issues and do a post on mine. (Photography by Ted Yarwood)

    We have some wonderful design talent here in Canada and Canadian House & Home has always brought this talent to our attention. Katherine Newman was always one of my favorites. Haven't heard much about her lately.........likely globet trotting her talents way beyond Canada. Happy weekend. XO
