The DC Design House has some lovely bedrooms, here are just a few. First up is the modern nursery by Elizabeth Krial. A happy combination of pink and green makes for a delightful space. And, what baby wouldn't feel special in that crib?
Susan Nelson's teenage girl's bedroom is a wonderful retreat with a masterful mix of patterns. Note the light fixture below - it originally had a Tuscan theme replete with olives! before Susan painted it out white.
The artwork choices held their own and played into the color scheme of the room.
Nancy Twomey of Finnian's Moon Interiors created a restful retreat with playful accents and just the right of amount bold pattern throughout. Notice the layered twin and queen headboard, not only does it look great it's quite practical for later years.
If you haven't made it to the DC Design House, you have until the 13th.

How precious is that little window vanity in the teenage girl's bedroom. Perfect little retreat indeed!
