From the Stacks: 2007

Do you notice the equestrian boots peeking out from the sofa in this Toronto home built in the 1920's?  Designers Christine Ralphs and Michelle Lloyd Bermann (and the stylists for this shoot) were ahead of the curve when this feature ran in Canadian House and Home's April 2007 issue. (photography by James Tse)  Hope you have a great weekend!

They certainly were ahead of the curve. Now that many of the accessories and furnishings are widely available at places like Ballard and World Market, they don't seem as special as they might have with 2007 eyes.

The dark paneled room is so handsome. I love the contrast of light and dark ~ Loi

I adore the bedroom! I just love the simplicity of white. It creates a very tranquil atmosphere. I've been considering buying a white duvet for my own bed. Great post! Even though the images are from 2007 it still looks very fresh.
