Every so often I like to check out the prices on great design books, typically of ones I don't have yet. Today my goal was to find books that were around $30 or less (both with the new and used prices) and have the Look Inside feature.
BTW, I love that and wish every design book on Amazon offered it. For me, it makes the difference of whether I'll buy a book or not. So here's my list this round: First up, Houses with Charm: Simple Southern Style

The Alexa Hampton book is a great little decor bible.
I should get the Remodelista, since that seems to be what I have become.
But the Alexa Hampton book is definitely a must have !

Great choices! "The Welcoming House" by Jane Schwab and Cindy Smith is also a great book. The interiors are more formal (loads of Southern charm) than I'm used to, but so beautiful and elegant. I was perusing it at a fabric store last weekend. It's $36.12 on Amazon (you can tell I'm excited about this book, lol).
