Here's a photo I took this spring from our trip for accepted student day at MassArt. I've already placed a pack of tissues in my purse. I might need to keep a supply there for the summer.

A Very Big Day Tomorrow
Somehow I thought I could blog during one of the biggest weeks for our family - we threw a graduation party this past Saturday, tonight is an 8th grade promotion ceremony for Julia and tomorrow afternoon is Ryan's high school graduation! In addition to speaking at the graduation, he'll spend the morning at the Capital for the Congressional Arts Ceremony...a very big day.

That is exciting. We'll all be here after these once in a lifetime events are over. Enjoy!
Enjoy those moments, Michele! Many congratulations to you all.

If you are like me, you will need a box, but enjoy every minute. Probably the most emotional part of a child growing up is high school graduation and the day you leave them at college. So Bittersweet.
He really is having a big day tomorrow.
Have a nice week.

Easy to see where RC gets his photography talent. Great shot.
Will share tissues, as needed.

Wow, congrats to the kids and you - sounds like they are all doing great. I wish your son such luck with the art program! Yes, I am a crier so don't leave the house without lots of tissues for a big event like this!
:)
Love and prayers for a happy day! xo Terri
That's what happens when your children make you so proud that you think your heart will pound right out of your chest.......
Enjoy every glorious moment!
Very big changes. Enjoy them all.
Sending good wishes and prayers for Julia and Ryan and wishing them wisdom in choosing their colleges.

Michele,
If it is any consolation....it does get easier over time.
My twins are doing great.....and they will be entering their sophomore year in college in the Fall.
One son is off to Tanzania and the other is working a myriad of jobs to keep busy and save over the Summer.
I wish your graduates much happiness and celebrate every achievement and milestone.

Congratulations to them both and a hug for you!!

Sometimes blogging needs to be put on hold, and it sounds to me this week is about as good a reason as one can muster. Reggie
