DC's Nestor Santa-Cruz & Dressing Tables

In this month's Elle Decor, DC's Nestor Santa-Cruz and Charlotte Moss share their picks for the top 10 dressing tables  My favorite happened to be the least expensive - don't you love it when that happens?

It's CB2's Tango Vanity for $399.  Nestor notes that the cerused look of the wood is "a finish that you usually associate with costly furniture. It almost has an Armani feel."   (photography by Francesco Lagnese)

Speaking of cerused wood. Notice the cube in Santa-Cruz's apartment and also the way he styled those books, both vertical and horizontal.  Eight years ago and the space is still current timeless. ( Elle Decor Nov 2005, photography by Rick Lew)

Did you ever see the Martha Stewart Mag when they did an entire section on how to do the cerused method? It was ridiculously hard, of course...but wow, what a look. I love it.
