Planning Ahead This Year

I have a Facebook friend who's been posting Christmas holiday stuff that has been appearing way too early on the shelves - even eggnog if you can believe it!  However, it reminded me that this year I don't want to wait until it's too late to get  The Original Starry String Lights  and a Bag-O-Frosted Topiaries Trees so I can make the shadowbox I wanted last year (this inspiration one is from Terrain)

Is there a Holiday project you've been wanting to do but always seem to run out of time for?

  1. Oh I have so MANY projects I've wanted to do yet never get to do. We're carving our pumpkins tonight and tomorrow is Halloween (and I have little kids...) Planning ahead sounds like a good idea! xx

  3. Oooooooooh!!!!!

    Love this idea!!!!

I too have so many ideas and not enough time when it comes to Christmas crafts and decorating. This year I've made a plan, an experiment..... we are having our family Thanksgiving celebration on November 1st, so I can have a longer Christmas decorating season!!!!

The Fall/Pumpkin decor is getting boxed up Nov. 2

Getting in the mood for merry merry

    Thanks for the inspiration!

  4. Thanks for the reminder to remember my "wants" and to make the time to do it. Plan now. I'm just proud of myself that I purchased my Christmas cards and have started to address them. This is the year I'm going to be relaxed and enjoy the season!!!!

  7. Beautiful shadow boxes--what a great idea. It's hard to believe that holiday season is fast approaching. I need to start thinking about decorating!
